To provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policy: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule to maintain service quality.
